Completing our yoga training is in the hands of the student. Suppose a student skips a class (not recommended, but life happens). In that case, theTYS has two options to make up missed hours: Attending paid classes at The Synergy Studio led by Rob Hernandez or Sara Harlos. Or private sessions with Rob Hernandez, or Sara Harlos to cover missed class material (fees apply). It is a student's responsibility to inform theTYS that class will not be attended. If a student misses class without prior communication with theSYTC, termination may proceed without a refund (emergencies excluded).
When a YTT signs up for a course, one seat is removed from the schedule. Our refund policy is as follows: Refunds may occur three weeks before a session begins. HOWEVER, once a YTT manual leaves The Synergy Studio premises with an enrolly, there is no refund. For this reason, theTYS wants you to attend a class or two and see if our program is right for you. Our program is for those that want to teach Yoga, and it's a process, so be ready and make an ecological decision before enrolling. We want you to feel confident in your choice; we understand you have many options.. Namaste.
The 200-hour Vinyasa Flow yoga training program includes both discussions and projects. We require students to participate in all lessons throughout the course. We do not expect students to execute postures that they are not comfortable with, but we need students to complete every assignment even if it pushes them beyond their current comfort level—our curriculum teaches by adding specific information at a particular time. YTT'S must follow the design of the program to achieve certification.
Students need to be on time for their yoga training out of respect for the community. Students must contact theSYTC"s lead trainer if they can't arrive at class on time. Time management affects the entire class. If a student is chronically late, dismissal from the program may occur. It is essential to be on time.
