PRECISION I STRENGTH I KINDNESS
NOT ALL YOGA TRAININGS ARE CREATED EQUAL
If you are ready to share the gift of yoga🧘♂️ --
Join us so you can be prepared to be set free on your yoga journey! If you want to learn to teach Yoga, The Texas Yoga School is the perfect training center.
Our 200-hour program gives trainees the knowledge, experience, and confidence to teach Vinyasa Flow techniques immediately upon graduation. Our program is focused on a specific yoga style, so when you apply for a teaching job, you can say, "I am trained in VinyasaFlow, Slow Flow, Gentle Flow, and Restorative Yoga." Each previously mentioned type of yoga falls under the "Vinyasa Flow umbrella." Most Texas-based yoga programs are not yoga style-specific. Which can leave a graduate feeling a bit lost in a yoga studio setting. TYS is here to fix that issue.
To enter our program, applicants should have at least one year of yoga practice and essential asana experience.

Your practice evolves effortlessly by learning the fundamentals of yoga, including proper alignment, sequencing, and cueing.
In the United States, Yoga arrived in coastal cities first. Specifically NY and CA. In major cities, the tradition of a Yogi leading students by cueing and making adjustments is still widely practiced.
During the Covid pandemic, we have adjusted our program to 100 in-studio hours and 100 at home-study hours. We have also lowered our fee from $3,500 to $2,000!
